A collection of legacy projects I've worked on.

Corporate Projects:

  • Sales Force Laptop Refresh – Led the refresh of over 100 sales laptops by creating a streamlined imaging and logistics workflow. Supervised technical staff and cut deployment time from 3 months to 30 days.


  • Imaging Process Optimization – Developed custom Ghost images and scripting to accelerate system deployment and reduce manual configuration steps.


  • Deployment Center Optimization – Redesigned the hardware setup and staging area (“the Cage”) to improve throughput and inventory flow. Supervised staff throughout the process to streamline deployment operations.


  • Aged Hardware Cleanup – Supported legacy systems by developing a cleanup and reimaging strategy, upgrading hardware, and deploying a secure system hardening policy.


  • Automated License Tracking – Designed a system to remotely scan and log licensing information across networked devices, distinguishing between OEM and corporate licenses.


  • Automated Insurance File Sorting Script – Business Office Efficiency Booster - Developed a ~3000-line custom VBS solution to automate the routing of daily incoming insurance charge files. Replaced a time-consuming manual process with an intelligent file parser that sorted data based on headers and sent it directly to designated work folders. Resulted in significant time savings, reduced access to unnecessary data (inadvertently improving HIPAA compliance), and improved overall departmental throughput.


  • Thin Client Rollout – Implemented and maintained over 400 Thin Clients across four clinical sites.


  • VMware Server Migration – Oversaw the conversion of physical servers to a virtualized VMware infrastructure. Provided technical direction and team coordination to ensure a smooth migration with minimal disruption.


  • Cloud Virtualization Deployment – Helped lead infrastructure modernization by deploying virtual cloud servers to support the Greenway EHR system migration. Coordinated with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution across sites.


  • Greenway EHR Implementation – Assisted in deploying and supporting the cloud-hosted Greenway EHR system. Helped coordinate technical staff and external providers to maintain stability and ensure timely access across departments.


  • EHR to Thin-Client Deployment – Thin Client Imaging & Remote Access: Automated rollout, hardened builds, and enabled secure remote EHR access.


  • Enterprise Printer Rollout – Coordinated the setup and deployment of approximately 40 business-class network printers across four locations. Managed logistical planning and directed support staff for on-site implementation.


  • VoIP Migration – Supported the transition from analog to digital telephony, coordinating and assisting with the deployment of over 500 VoIP phone systems. Provided guidance and oversight to ensure consistent execution by onsite teams.

  • Home Lab Virtualization – Consolidated eight physical systems into four virtual machines using VMware; also deployed secure, Linux-based Minecraft servers.
